वर्तमान में ग्रामीण परिवेश में निश्चित रूप से LPG गैस एवं मिट्टी तेल की सामान उपलब्धता के कारण ग्रामीण ईंधन के रूप में लकरी का कम प्रयोग कर रहे हैं! हमें यह अच्छी तरह से समझना चाहिए की गैस एवं मिटटी तेल के सिमित भंडार हैं! और हमारा देश ७०% से अधिक इन आवस्यकताओं को आयात के माध्यम से पूरा करता है! जिस पर अत्यधिक विदेसी मुद्रा का व्यय होता हैं! अपने देश में इसके सामान वितरण के लिये सरकारों को सब्सिडी जरी करनी परती है! आज भी पर्वतीय जनपदों ६०% जैविक इंधन के उपयोग की सम्भावना हैं! जैसी हम इमारती लकरी का लोपिंग चारा प्रजाति के वर्क्षो के द्वारा प्राप्त अवशेष, फलदार वर्क्षो कटाई छटाई से प्राप्त कर सकते है! निसंदैंह अधिक विर्क्षारोपन ग्लोबल वार्मिंग को भी रोकेगा एवं रोजगार का विकल्प भी बन सकेगा !
अनाज:
पर्वतीय गाँवो में हमारा बारह नाज अर्थात बारह किस्मों की फसल चक्र था! मनुष्य ईधन प्राप्त करके अनाज उसकी दूसरी आवश्यकता है! जरूरत है इस फसल चक्र को संरक्षित रखते हुए इसके वैज्ञानिक एवं आर्थिक पहलु को मद्यंजर रखते हुए सुरक्षित प्रयास किये जाय! हमारे फसल चक्र में उत्पादित अन्न में सभी विटामिन एवं आवश्यक तत्व है!
भारत गाँवो का देश है एवं कृषि प्रधान देश है! यह तत्काल आवश्यक है की हम ग्रामीण फसल चक्र में समय से फले सुरक्षात्मक एवं समिर्द्द्शाली पहल करे! वर्तमान में भारत जैसा कृषी प्रदान देश दाल , तेल एवं अन्न पर भी १०% से ५०% तक आयात पर निर्भर हो रहा है! जिससे भविष्य में गंभीर परिणाम होंगे! हम आयात पर विदेशी मुद्रा का व्यय एवं अपने देश में बिपरण पर सब्सिडी देकर गरीबी की और जा रहे हैं! जरूरत है उपरोक्त व्यय का ४०% भी ग्रामीण उत्पादों को उत्पादन के आधार पर पुरष्कृत किया जाय तो निसंदेह बाजार में उत्पादों का सामान्य मूल्य पर उपलब्ध होंगे एवं ग्रामीण कास्तर समिर्द्द्शाली होंगे!
चारा:
भारत गाँवो का देश है इस विन्दु पर केन्द्रित होकर हम हिमालयी राज्य उत्तराखंड के पर्वतीय जनपदों पर ध्यान केन्द्रित करते हैं! यहाँ के गाँव धीरे - २ सरक मार्गों से जुर रहे हैं! यहाँ के सरक मार्ग की स्वीकृती बिकट भोगोलिक परिस्थिति और ग्रामीणों की जनसख्या पर निर्भर करता है! यहाँ का जीवन यापन मनी आर्डर और सरकारी सेवा एवं केंद्र तथा राज्य सरकार की योजनाओ के किर्यनावन से जो धनराशी ग्रामीण प्राप्त करते है! वही उसका नकद धनराशी प्राप्त करने का जरिया है! वर्तमान में दुग्ध उत्पादन का एक नया क्षेत्र विकसित हो रहा है! जिससे छोटे-२ बाजारों के नजदीक रहने वाले ग्रामीण सीधे तौर पर उपभोक्ता को अपना दूध बेचकर सीधे आर्थिकी से जुरा रोजगार प्राप्त कर रहे हैं! बाजारों से दूर जो लोग सरक मार्ग से नहीं जुरे है वे समूहों के माद्यम से अपना दूध शहरों में भेचकर न्यूनतम मूल्य प्राप्त कर कसोटी पर खरा दूध देकर अल्प रोजगार प्राप्त कर रहे हैं! पर्वतीय जनपदों में चीर की अधिकता के कारण जंगलों से प्राप्त होने वाला चारा चीर की पत्तियों के कारण अम्लीय मिर्दा स्वरुप में पारंपरिक चारा बिलुप्ती के कगार पर हैं! खेतो से प्राप्त चारा सूखे के कारण उपलब्ध नहीं है! जंगलों में ईधन एवं प्रकास्थ से सम्बंदित अधिक वृक्षों की संख्या होने के कारण निसंदेह गाँवो में पशु चारा कम उपलब्ध है! विगत सूखे से ग्रामीणों का कृषी क्षेत्र सिमटता जा रहा है! जिसके परीणाम स्वरुप पशुधन ही मुख्य श्रोत है!
लोग चारे की लगातार अनुपलब्धता के कारन लोग पशुओं की संख्या कम कर रहे हैं! लोग पशुओं की संख्या एवं नस्ल बरिया बनना तो चाहते है लेकिन उन्हें चारा पर्वंधन प्रबंधन की सुब्यवस्थित पद्यति की आवश्यकता है! निसंदेह यदि ग्रामीणों को प्रयाप्त चारा उपलब्द हो तो ग्रामीण पशुधन और दुग्ध उत्पादन की तरफ आकर्षित होंगे!
सब्जी:
उत्तराखंड राज्य के पर्वतीय जनपद मौसमी सब्जी का महत्वपूर्ण केंद्र बनने में अपना महत्वपूर्ण योगदान की संभावनाओ को रखता है! जरूरत है की छोटे -२ जोतो में गुणवत्ता युक्त बीज एवं जल प्रवंधन की आवश्यताओ को पूर्ण करके किया जा सकता है! यहाँ के पर्वतीय जनपदों से प्रतिवर्ष १०० करोर से अधिक की धनराशी एनी राज्यों को मात्र सब्जी के उपयोग में चली जाती हैं! इस क्षेत्र में ईमानदारी से किये गए प्रयास स्वरोजगार एवं आर्थिकी का मुख्य जरिया बन सकते हैं!
फल:
फल उत्पादन में उत्तराखंड राज्य अग्रणी राज्य बन सकता है! जरूरत है जिम्मेदार संस्थानों एवं वैज्ञानिकों को धरातलीय प्रगती की नियोजित जिम्मदारी दी जाय हमारे संस्थान एवं वैज्ञानिक विभिन्न विषयों को सम्मलित कर खिचरी बना रहा हैं! स्पस्ट द्रिस्तिकोंअन द्रिस्तिकोँ होना अनिवार्य है! किसी भी कास्तकार को ५० पौधे देकर स्थलीय निरीक्षण एवं प्रगती विवरण स्पस्ट नहीं है! पहले ही मानक तय है ३०% पेड गेप फिलिंग के लिए दिए जाय जरा अद्द्याँ क्यों नहीं होता वह ३०% पेड डमेज हुए या नहीं सिमित परियोजनाओं का निरिक्षण t होना चाहिए! ताकी अगले वर्ष के लिए वे आदर्श उद्यान बाकी लोगो के लिए प्रेना बन सके! वर्त्तमान में में उत्तराखंड के पर्वतीय जनपदों का अपना फल उपभोग का बाजार ५० करोर से अधिक का है! हमारा सर्वेक्षण है की वर्तमान में हमारे स्थानीय उत्पादन के द्वारा उपलब्धता २०% भी नहीं हैं!
पुष्प:
पुष्प बाजार के लिए हमारी उत्तराखंड सर्कार निसंदेह जोरदार पहल कर रही है! हमें पुष्प उत्पादन में रास्ट्रीय एवं अन्त्रस्त्रीय स्तर पर पुरस्कार मिले हैं! जरूरत हैं जिन पुष्पों का बाज़ार मूल्य ओसतन ठीक एवं छोटी जोतो में भी उगाये जाने पर आर्थिकी का श्रोत बने तो निसंदेह पर्वतीय जनपदों में इनका उत्पादन बिस्तार लाभकारी हो सकता है! उत्तराखंड तीर्थ पर्यटन का मुख्य केंद्र हैं! जरूरत हैं सुनियोजित उत्पादन पर जोर दिया जाय एवं एक नए कल्चर के साथ इसके स्थानीय उपभोग को बराना होगा! व्यवसायिक खेती का यदि स्थलीय उपयोग बराना है तो निसंदेह फूलों के कृषिकरण का क्षेत्रफल बरेगा और अधिक उत्पादन नियोजित होने पर उत्पाद को नए बाजार में पहुचने के मार्ग स्वयं ही मिल जायेगें!
मत्स्य पालन:
खाद्य श्रृखला में मत्स्य उपभोग का प्रतिशत बरा है! बर्तमान में पर्वतीय जनपदों में मछली उपलब्ध का मुख्य श्रोत पर्वतीय जनपदों की सदवाहर नदियो से अकुशल दोहन ही है! हमारे सर्वेक्षणों के आधार पर 3 करोर से अधिक का अदृश्य बाजार हैं! जो निश्चित रूप से हमारे जीवित सदानीर नदियों के पारिस्थिक तंत्र के लिए घातक हैं! हमारी नदिया पशु- पक्षी एवं जलीय जीवन को संजोने में महत्वपूरन प्राकृतिक जिम्मेदारी निभाती हैं! लेकिन अनियोजित और एक तरफा मत्स्य दोहन का केंद्र बनने के कारण नदी तटीय पशु-पक्षियों के जीवन को भारी क्षती पहुँची है! जरूरत है इसके रोजगार को नियोजित करने की ठोस पहल हो पौल्ट्री फार्मों ने जिस तरह अपना नियोजित क्षेत्र तय किया है इसी प्रकार मछली पालन के छोटे-२ उद्योगों में रोजगार के सफल अवसर स्पष्ट दीखते हैं! इसी के परीणाम से हमारा जल स्वच्छ रहेगा और सदानीरा नधी का जलीय एवं तटीय जीवन सुरक्षित हो सकता है!
जरी-बूटी उत्पादन:
जरी बूटी उत्पादन से पर्वतीय जनपदों के पारंपरिक ज्ञान का शुद्ध व्यावसायिक उपयोग हो सकता है! जरूरत है उपभोक्ताओं की आव्स्यक्ताओं को मद्यानजर रखते हुए पारम्परिक फसल चक्र में इससे शामिल किया जाय! पर्वतीय जनपदों में सामान्य कृषि जोतों के साथ छोटी-२ कृषि योग्य भूमी खाली परी रहती है! जिससे से साल भर में कम मात्र में चारा मिलता है ! प्रयोग के लिए हम इस छोटे क्षेत्र में जरी बूटी का कृषिकरण कर सकते हैं! इसकी गुणवत्ता बाजार में आवश्यकता, बाजार मूल्य की सही जानकारी इसके मुक्य अवयव है! यदि सीमित क्षेत्र में इसका उत्पादन सफल और लाभदायक होता है तो निसंदेह कृषी क्षेत्रफल में इसका विस्तार किया जा सकता है! वर्तमान में लोग आकर्षित हुए है लेकिन पहल करने पर लाभ न मिलने से इस क्षेत्र से विमुख भी हुए हैं! इस क्षेत्र के विस्तार के लिए सरकार को उत्पाद के बाज़ार मूल्य की सुनोयोजित व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए ताकी ग्रामीण युवा इस क्षेत्र में रोजगार की पहल करे!
नर्सरी एवं शो-प्लांट पौंधो का क्षेत्र:
पर्वतीय भोगोलिक क्षेत्र निसंदेह नर्सरीनुर्सरी एवं शो प्लांट विकाश के लिए वरदान स्वरुप वातावरण संजोये हैं! हमारा सर्वेक्षण पश्चिम बंगाल के पर्वतीय जनपद दार्जीलिंग के कलिम्पोंग एवं हिमांचल राज्य के कुल्लू जनपद के बाजोर एवं कतरे क्षेत्र में लम्बे समय के अद्ययन पर निर्भर है! पर्वतीय जनपदों में नर्सरी एवं शो प्लांट उत्पादन स्थानीय आपूर्ती का सबसे बरा बाज़ार है! यहाँ बर्तमान में चारा प्रजाती, फल प्रजाती, शो प्रजाती, कसता प्रजाती का ८०% मैदानी जनपद और अन्य राज्यों पर आश्रित है! जिसका सालाना कारोबार २०० करोर रुपये से अधिक का है! यदि इन पोधो की स्तानीय उपलब्धता हो तो निश्चित रूप से स्वस्थ एवं सरल उप्ल्ब्दाता से वृक्षारोपण सफल होंगे! वर्तमान में उत्तराखंड की राजधानी देहरादून की नर्सरी में आज भी अन्य हिमालयी राज्यों से ७०% से अधिक आपूर्ती होती हैं! जरूरत है पर्वतीय नर्सरी में मदर प्लांट की क्वालिटी युक्त पोधों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जाय! वर्तमान में इमारती लकरी के पोधों, चारा प्रजाती के पोधों, फल प्रजाती के पोधों के साथ-२ फल पुष्प एवं सौंदर्य प्रदान करने वाले पोधों का पर्वतीय जनपदों में ५ करोर से अधिक का सफल उपयोग है! जरूरत है इसे स्थानीय स्तर पर उपलब्ध कराने का यह विकल्प रोजगार प्रदान करने वाला हो सकता है!
इको-टूरिज्म:

उद्देश्य:
1.पर्यावरण सरंक्षण के क्षेत्र में वृक्षारोपण, स्थानीय बनास्पतियो की प्रजातियों का सरंक्षण, बारिश के पानीका सरंक्षण कर सिचाई के लिए उपयोग करना एवं भूमि कटान से सुरक्षा.
2. पर्वतीय क्षेत्र के अनुकूल जरी-बूटी सरंक्षण एवं सवर्धन करना, इस बारे में शिक्षा का प्रचार- प्रसार कर गाँवो में नए रोजगार के अवसर तैयार करना .
3.. उद्यानिकी- बानिकी से, स्थानीय प्रजाति के फल एवं फूलो के उत्पादन से रोजगार के अवसर विकसित करना.
4. तीर्थाटन एवं प्राक्रतिक पर्यटन से उत्तराखंड राज्य को विश्व के मानचित्र में प्रस्तुत करना,
5. हिमालयी राज्य उत्तराखंड में स्थानीय एवं प्रवाशीय पक्षियों पर अध्ययन करके पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में पक्षियों के निवास विकसित करना और इसे साह्शी (Advanture) टूर से जोरना .
6. उत्तराखंड राज्य के स्थानीय उत्पाद , स्थानीय भाषा एवं स्थानीय रोजगार को सरक्षण प्रदान करना. आधुनिक विधि प्रदान करना एवं आधुनिक शिक्षा का प्रचार प्रसार करना.
7.शहरों की सुख - सुबिधाओं को गाँवो तक पहुचाना (Providing Urban-Amenities in Rural Areas: PURA)
8. नारायणी देवी सगन बन योजना ke अंतर्गत पहारो को बनो से कवर करना इसके लिए रास्ट्रीय और अंतरास्ट्रीय उत्साही लोगो के लिए हर तरह से जमीन मुहैया krana.
9. Vision- २०२० के लक्ष्यों पर काम करना .
अनुभव:
1.हिमालयी ७ राज्यों का अध्ययन.
2. 1.५ हेक्टर हेक्टारे बेकार भूमि को पुनर्जीवित किया.
3.गोविन्द बल्लभ पन्त पर्यावरण एवं विकाश संसथान , कोसी, कटारमल अल्मोरा द्वारा अधिक से अधिक कास्तकारो की भूमि को पुनर्जीवित कर स्तान्तरित की.
4.यह कार्य १९८८ से शुरू हुआ और लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने के लिए संघटन को सन २००१ में गैर सरकारी संगठन का रूप दिया गया.
योगदान:
1.हम अधिक से अधिक ग्रामीण जन एवं स्वयं सेवी संस्थाओ से जुरे हैं और जन सहभागिता से ही लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने की और agrasar hain.
